All sales of digital products, including but not limited to floor plans, material lists, SketchUp files, renderings, guides, and downloadable content, are final sale. Due to the nature of instant-access digital goods, no refunds, returns, or exchangeswill be issued once access has been delivered, except where required by law.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Reservations / Waitlists / Free Priority Access
Free reservations, waitlists, and priority list sign-ups are non-binding expressions of interest only. They do not guarantee product availability, delivery date, final pricing, or production capacity.
Refundable Deposits (If Offered in the Future)
If a paid refundable deposit is offered for a future product release, the exact refund terms, eligibility period, and timeline will be clearly stated at checkout. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, no deposit terms apply until such offer is officially launched.
Future Physical Products / Kits
Return, cancellation, shipping, warranty, and lead-time policies for future physical kits, modular systems, or custom-built products will be published at the time those products become available. Policies may vary depending on customization, supplier availability, freight logistics, and production schedules.
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may be non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, product specifications, included features, materials, finishes, availability, and timelines at any time without prior notice.
Renderings, photos, concepts, and visual representations are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from final delivered products.
No Construction / Engineering Guarantee
Our digital products are for informational and planning purposes only. Buyers are responsible for verifying all dimensions, structural requirements, engineering, permits, zoning, code compliance, trailer/foundation suitability, and local regulations before building or purchasing materials.
